- You click here to start creating your application. It’s fast and easy!
- We immediately receive your submission via email, review it, and call or email to confirm that it was received and verify any details. This happens within 24 hours of your submission.
- We create your application, test it, and put it online. This is your time to review your application, test it for yourself, and let us know of any necessary changes that need to be made. You will also receive the files for your custom signage (displaying your company’s logo and the web address of your application) and craigslist posting (formatted in HTML with instructions for posting). This happens within 48 hours of your submission.
- Once any adjustments are made, we will send you a PayPal invoice by email.
- Once payment is received, you application is activated and applicants can start using it to submit all of the important information you’ve asked for. The whole process is completed within 72 hours!
And here’s how easy it is for you to receive submissions from applicants…
- The applicant accesses you online application directly, by scanning your unique QR Code, or clicks on your link on our applications page and is taken to your description page. Here they are able to learn a bit about your company and the positions available. Then the applicant selects a position to apply for and is take to your application.
- The applicant fills in the form, answering all of the questions you’ve included in your application. They click submit, and voila! The application is sent straight to your inbox.
- At this point you have all of the important information you need to schedule poignant and effective interviews! Life is easy!
